This Distributor Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between the Company and the independent distributor ("Distributor"). By enrolling as a Distributor, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

As a Distributor, you will have the opportunity to purchase and resell Company products, as well as participate in the Company's compensation plan. You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time with notice to Distributors. Your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

These Policies and Procedures govern the way a Distributor conducts business with the Company, other Distributors, and Customers. They are incorporated into and form an integral part of the Distributor Agreement.

Distributors must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement and with all laws, regulations, and other rules that apply to their business. Distributors must be familiar with the information contained in these Policies and all updates.

Violation of any of the terms and conditions of the Agreement may result in, at the Company's discretion, termination of your Distributor Agreement or other disciplinary action.

By enrolling as a Distributor, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Company provides a platform for independent distributors to market and sell fashion products to customers.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding income or profit. Success as a Distributor requires hard work, diligence, and leadership. Your results will depend on your individual efforts.

The Company reserves the right to approve all advertising, marketing materials, and business methods employed by Distributors. All Company materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without prior written consent from the Company.
